Italian Sandwich Tray
A hearty tray of Ricobene's choice Italian sandwiches. This tray boasts a variety of 4 different sandwiches. Our famous Breaded Steak, Sicilian Beef, Italian Sausage and our own Chicken Vesuvio. All sandwiches are cut in half. 24 Servings

Sicilian Beef
Fresh lean Italian Beef served au jus. Serves 4-5 people per pound. 3 LBS. minimum

Chicken Breast Vesuvio with potatoes
Boneless chicken breasts cooked the Ricobene's way... Braised in olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs. Served with Vesuvio Potatoes

Italian Sausage with roasted potatoes & peppers
Bite-size servings of our homemade Italian Sausage served with strips of fresh sweet green peppers and Vesuvio potatoes.

Vesuvio Potatoes
Potatoes like mama used to make. These potatoes are specially seasoned to make your guests come back for more.

Combo Appetizer Tray
Includes the following: Mozzarella Sticks, Poppers, Onion Rings and Zucchini Sticks.

Hot Wings or BBQ Wings
Wings smothered in our secret sauce and served with Parmesan Peppercorn dressing or smothered in our tangy BBQ sauce. Small tray includes 30 wings. Large tray includes 90 wings.

Created on a foundation of our fresh dinner salad, we improve on an old favorite by adding layers of Smokey Provolone Cheese, Aged Genoa Salami, olives and marinated artichoke hearts. Served with your choice of Parmesan Peppercorn or Oil & Vinegar dressing.

Fresh Golden Chicken
